--- Ideation ---

Ideation is a critical stage in any hackathon event. When coming up with solutions, you should consider a few factors.

These factors include:
Implementability,
Sustainability,
Scalability,
Impact level,
Relevance,
Theme coherence,
User relevance,
Stakeholder relevance, and
Tech & AI enhancement.

Brainstorm Strategically

 - Keep the focus on one or two main problems you would like to solve.

This will improve your chances of coming up with a workable solution.

Implementability

 - Implementability refers to the feasibility of your idea.

 - Can it realistically be implemented within the constraints of the hackathon - the time, skills, and resources available?

 - A great idea is only as good as its execution.

Sustainability

 - Sustainability considers the long-term viability of your idea.

 - Does it provide a solution that is sustainable and doesn't create new, unmanageable problems?

 - Sustainable solutions are often environmentally friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable.

Scalability

 - Scalability is about potential growth.

 - Can your solution be scaled to accommodate growth, increased demand, or expanded scope? .

 - Solutions that are scalable have the potential to impact a larger audience and provide more value over time

Levels of Impact

 - Levels of impact refers to the magnitude of the effect your solution will have on the problem it's solving.

 - Will it make a significant difference to a small group, or a small difference to a large group?

 - The best solutions often have a profound impact on their intended audience.

Theme Coherence

 - Theme coherence means your idea should align with the theme of the hackathon.

 - Does it adhere to the spirit and objectives of the event?

 - Theme-coherent ideas are likely to be more favorably received by the judges.

Relevance to Users

 - Relevance to users is about whether your idea meets the needs of the end-user.

 - Does it solve a real problem they are facing?

 - Is it something they would use and find valuable?

User-centric solutions are typically more successful.

Relevance to Stakeholders

 - Relevance to stakeholders asks whether your idea is important to the people or organizations who have a vested interest in the problem.

 - This can include sponsors, companies, or institutions that will be impacted by or benefit from the solution.

Tech & AI Enhancement

 - Tech & AI Enhancement is about leveraging technology and artificial intelligence to augment your solution.

 - Can these tools be utilized to make your solution more effective, efficient, or innovative? The strategic use of technology can dramatically increase the impact of your solution.
